CNC Machining Services

At Toolcraft, LLC we have the ability to machine precision metal and engineered plastic components up to 39″ in length, 18″ in width, and 23″ in height. As a leading manufacturer of custom tooling and fixturing, our toolmakers routinely hold precision tolerances of +/-0.001″ and tighter on our CNC equipment. Customers in the heavy equipment, automotive, and medical device industries trust us to provide them with specialty or low volume machined components to their exact specifications. Most of our toolmakers are journeymen, many with over 30 years of machining experience. Having such a knowledgeable team allows us to produce very complex parts using both CNC and manual machining equipment.

A large stock of raw material is kept on hand to expedite the manufacturing process. Most jobs can be started immediately and completed within four weeks. We can accept most major CAD file formats and verify prints before machining. If any potential issues are found, we can collaborate with the customer to modify their design to enhance manufacturability. Final inspection is performed using Brown & Sharpe Micro-Hite equipment and other metrology tools. Inspection reports are provided with every project.
